Affordable Creativity was born from a very simple idea: expressing my creativity freely, and hopefully helping and inspiring others along the way.
I’ve always loved decorating, styling spaces, and playing with colors and textures. Over the years, I’ve realised that most of my favourite details at home were budget-friendly finds or reused items. I especially love when I can reuse a piece of decor in a new context and give it a second purpose.
Alongside home decor, you’ll also find DIY ideas for creative activities for children. As a parent, I know how fun and valuable simple, hands-on decorations and activities can be. These ideas are designed to be easy to recreate at home, often using everyday materials or low-cost supplies.
Affordable Creativity is not about having the “perfect” home or doing things the “right” way. It’s about making thoughtful choices, working with what you already have, and finding joy in the process.
